Monofilament Urethane
We stock a full range of monofilament urethane with a variety of cover compound and surface textures for your unique conveying application. These belts offer a high degree of belt flexibility.
Monolithic Urethane
We stock a full range of monolithic urethane that can be fabricated with guides, sidewalls, cleats, or flights . Monolithic urethane is designed to work in wet applications, mainly in the food and hygiene industries, and are FDA/USDA approved. They also can be utilized on industrial and manufacturing lines.
Needled Polyester
We stock a complete line of needled polyester material for use in package handling, metal stamping and driven roller applications. This material has excellent tracking, low noise production and oil resistance.
Nylon Core
We offer a full line of nylon core material for all your power transmission and machine tape belting needs. Nylon core is great for use in printing, distribution centers, folder gluing, mail processing and paper converting applications.
O-Rings
We stock a wide variety of o-rings in PTFE, EPDM, NBR, FKM, Silicone and other materials. We also offer custom materials and sizes for hard to find o-rings.
Profile Belting
Profiled conveyor belts are used for inclined conveying of bulk goods or small items. We offer a varied range of profile shapes, including trapezoid, round, T forms, square, rough top, cone and many more.
Pulley Lagging
We offer a full range of bondable and weld-on pulley lagging, including abrasion resistant lagging, ceramic lagging, vulcanized lagging and wing tip lagging. Rubber lagging includes diamond, herringbone and chevron patterns, while ceramic lagging includes smooth and dimple offerings. Pulley lagging enhances traction and reduces belt slippage.
PVC
We stock a wide range of PVC belting material, including polyester, polyester monofilament, spun polyester, interwoven polyester, waffle top, chevron top, and many more. PVC belting offers superior fire and static resistance, improved troughability and is oil, chemical and moisture resistant.
Skirtboard
We stock a complete line of skirtboard in both slit widths and rolls for all your conveyor applications. Conveyor skirt boards hold material on conveyor belts, prevent excessive spillage and reduce belting wear.
Solid Woven Urethane
We stock a full range of solid woven urethane belting, widely used in the recycling industry due to its resistance to cutting, gouging and chemicals. Solid woven urethane belting allows for both finger and welded seam splices.
Sponge Rubber
We offer sponge rubber products in closed cell neoprene, nitrile, silicone, weather stripping and open cell. We can die cut per your specifications and slit to width. Also can include adhesive backing when needed.
Teflon
We offer a full array of Teflon (PTFE) and Teflon mesh conveyor belting, including closed weave and open mesh options. Teflon conveyor belting is great for high temperature applications, such as food production and textiles.
Vacuum Belts
We are your premier source for perforated vacuum belts for use in feed tables, folder/gluers, slitters, coaters, label laminators and die cutters. We can fabricate as endless with laps, or with alligator fasteners or clipper belt lacing.
