Hygienic, Enclosed Conveyor Drive

The SSV™ Drum Motor houses the motor, gear reducer, and bearings inside the drum, protecting the drive components while eliminating many external areas where food byproducts can accumulate. Its sprocketless design helps improve conveyor hygiene and can reduce water and washdown time by up to 50%.

Available for modular, wire mesh, and monolithic thermoplastic conveyor belts, the SSV™ can be configured with a belt profile machined directly onto the drive drum or an exchangeable drive sleeve (SSV-XP).
