Mechanical Rubber & Transmission (MRT) and RPM have moved to a new 30,000+ square-foot facility in Walker, Michigan, expanding our inventory, fabrication capabilities and capacity to better serve customers throughout the Grand Rapids area.
As we continue to grow, we’re investing in the people, equipment and inventory needed to provide more efficient service and greater support for our customers. Our new Grand Rapids facility gives our team more room to stock the products you need, expand our in-house capabilities, and improve the efficiency of our operations.

Expanded Conveyor Belt Fabrication Capabilities
Our new Grand Rapids facility features full service, in-house conveyor belt fabrication, giving customers access to the materials, equipment, and expertise needed to get belts built and shipped quickly. We maintain thousands of feet of conveyor belting across more than 70 different material types in inventory, providing immediate access to a wide range of belting for fabrication and shipping.

New HF Welding Capabilities
The new facility also adds high-frequency (HF) welding technology, expanding our ability to handle custom belt requirements. HF welding provides greater precision and consistency for welded belt components while giving our fabrication team additional flexibility when building custom solutions.
