ThermoConnect Heavy Duty Edge with ZeroSplice Option
Easier single‑operator installation. Brings modular attributes to positive drive flat belts. This upcoming enhancement features an improved puzzle-piece design for easier single-operator installation. It resists tenting, tracks reliably, and is fully compatible with center drives while maintaining excellent cleanability.
New Closure Types for ThermoDrive Synchronized Sidewalls
Mechanical fasteners and onsite factory welds available. More flexibility for inclines while maintaining sanitation standards. Multiple new closure options — including Mechanical Fastener, Tension Closure, and Button Closure — give processors more flexibility for containing products on inclines while meeting strict sanitation requirements.
ThermoDrive Embedded Diamond Top in A23 Material
Less product sticking. A23 material is hydrolysis resistant providing longer belt life in hot, wet, or aggressive conditions. Now available in polyurethane A23, this belting combines reduced product sticking with longer wear life in hot, wet, or chemically aggressive environments.
S570 Tight Transfer Flat Top Belt
Designed for modern can lines. Enables dead‑plate‑free transfers and reduces fallen cans. Specifically engineered for modern can lines, this low-profile (8 mm) belt enables dead plate-free transfers of empty aluminum containers. It can significantly reduce downed cans and simplify high-speed container handling.
