Accounting Assistant

We are a multi-location industrial firm with headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, seeking an organized, task-oriented individual to perform accounting and general office duties in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities include being a fully functional member of the accounting team and assisting with administration duties in a fast paced environment. Individual must also possess good communication skills and be a team player.
Two or more years of recent accounting experience preferred. Individual must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in Industrial Distribution is ideal but not necessary. Experience with Prophet 21/Commerce Center a plus. We will train the right individual. We offer excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
